At the end of the 19th century, more precisely around 1890, the rich family Halbror built a tenement palace on today’s Korzo street.
The designer was a famous architect who combined various artistic directions, eclectic architect Kocka Géza.
The building was made in a combination of renaissance and classicism, and it was placed under protection as a cultural monument.
