The story of ethno tourism in Tavankut started in 2011 when this village in the north of Bačka was selected as one of the ten most attractive villages in Vojvodina among 45 candidates. During the same year, the former member of Tavankut Croatian Cultural Education Society ‘Matija Gubec’, Jasna Balažević, saw what all members of the society are doing in the field of preserving the cultural heritage and the development of rural tourism, and she decided to donate her property to this society.

Ethno Salaš Balažević has seven rooms of which five are double and two are single with two bathrooms.

If you want to visit the farm, it is necessary to announce in advance.
