The Majestic ZOO’s project—one of the most significant cross-border cooperation initiatives between Serbia and Croatia—is actively shaping the future of modern, sustainable family tourism.

As part of the initiative, tourism representatives and media delegates gathered for a study visit in Osijek to promote a shared regional offering and unveil exciting new travel itineraries connecting the two destinations.

“We have launched an even stronger campaign to highlight our tourism offerings and joint travel packages connecting Subotica, Palić, and Osijek. The Majestic ZOO’s project proves that through collaboration, we can build a higher-quality, more competitive tourism experience tailored specifically to the needs of families,” highlighted Božidarka Golubović, Director of the Tourist Organization of the City of Subotica.

Among the project’s standout achievements are the rollout of the “Family Welcome” concept, a strategic partnership with Interpret Europe, and the creation of an integrated tourist package that weaves these unique destinations into one seamless story.
