Under the slogan “One Journey, A Thousand Stories,” the 47th International Tourism Fair is being held in Belgrade, one of the most significant tourism events in the region.
At this prestigious event, the cross-border IPA cooperation project between Subotica and Osijek was also presented, aiming to strengthen the tourism offer and connect destinations through joint activities and promotion.

Four partners participate in the project:

• Palić Zoo
• Tourist Organization of the City of Subotica
• Tourist Board of Osijek
• Osijek City Zoo

The project’s goal is to improve tourist infrastructure, exchange experiences, and create new content that will further enrich the offerings of both cities. Through a joint presentation at the fair, partners showcased the region’s potential and highlighted the importance of cross-border cooperation in the development of sustainable tourism.

Participation in the Tourism Fair represents an important step towards further positioning Subotica and Osijek as attractive destinations offering a unique blend of nature, culture, and authentic experiences.
Because every journey truly carries a thousand stories, and some of them begin right at the zoo.
