About the Organization
The Tourist Organization of the City of Subotica was founded in 2010 by the City Assembly with the aim of developing and enhancing tourism in Subotica and Palić, as well as promoting the region as one of the most prominent tourist destinations in northern Serbia.
Our mission is to continually improve the city’s tourism offerings through promotion, public information, and close cooperation with local partners. We place special emphasis on presenting our cultural and historical heritage, architecture, events, gastronomy, and natural beauty—elements that make Subotica and Lake Palić stand out on the regional tourism map.
Today, the Tourist Organization of the City of Subotica is powered by a young and dedicated team working daily to promote the destination and assist visitors arriving in Subotica and Palić. Our goal is to help every guest discover the authenticity of the city, its rich tradition, unique architecture, and diverse tourist experiences.

Prestigious "Tourist Flower" Award
The Tourist Organization of the City of Subotica is the recipient of the prestigious "Tourist Flower 2025" award for outstanding contribution to the development and promotion of tourism.
Family Welcome Certificate
Subotica is the first destination in Serbia to receive the Family Welcome Certificate, serving as official recognition of service quality and commitment to family tourism development.
Gold Medal – International Tourism Fair Novi Sad 2024
The Gold Medal at the 55th International Tourism Fair was awarded for exceptional and continuous contributions to promoting and developing the tourism offerings of Subotica and Palić.
Gold Medal – International Tourism Fair Novi Sad 2025
The Gold Medal at the 56th International Tourism Fair was granted for the project "Secrets of the Untold Gates," which promotes our heritage in a unique and captivating way.
