Annak ellenére, hogy ő volt a neoreneszánsz leghűségesebb képviselője Szabadkán, ezt a homlokzatot 1907-ben a bécsi szecesszió stílusában tervezte meg. A gazdag szecessziós díszítés mellett, érdekes az épület sarkán található erkély is, amely hatalmas kagylóval van alátámasztva. A felújítást követően
