For the past almost eight decades of its existence, Children’s Theater has grown into an institution whose organizational and artistic level can answer the most complex questions of contemporary children’s theater, so that international guests, such as Sofia, Bucharest, Berlin, Stockholm, San Petersburg, have been welcomed , Malmo, Mexico City … as true ambassadors of culture for the youngest, of course not neglecting even the little ones in the smallest villages of Serbia or Vojvodina.
In addition to its activities, the theater also established the International Festival of Children’s Theater in 1993, which has grown into one of the most important festivals not only in the region, but in the total puppetry spaces.
